How do I order from Harry Robson Magic

At Harry Robson Magic we always try to keep all listed items in stock at all time but this is sometimes not possible due to manufacturing or supply difficulties. I am having a problem ordering – what should I do?

How do I make my purchase?

Making a purchase with Harry Robson Magic could not be easier. Just browse our online catalogue and click on any items that you wish to buy, adding them to your shopping cart. Please note that all prices are shown in British pounds sterling. After you have finished your selection, click on ORDER and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.

We accept online payments via credit card or Paypal. If you are shopping from North America or anywhere else, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to US Dollars or your own currency.

When will my order be dispatched to me?

We dispatch all orders on the same day they are placed where possible, with the exception of weekends. If you want to guarantee your order gets dispatched the same day then please ensure that you place your order by 1:00pm GMT at the latest if ordering online and by 2 pm GMT if ordering via telephone.

What does “declined” order mean?

If your credit or debit card is declined when processing your order we will email you immediately with notification. If we do not hear from you with in period of up to two days, your order will be automatically deleted from our database and you will need to reorder. Wherever possible, customers are advised to telephone the offices on the enquiries line: +44 (0) 7816256886 in order to resolve the issue as quick as possible to ensure that the order can be dispatched as swiftly as possible.

Are my card details secure when ordering with Harry Robson Magic

All order payments go through paypal which means we have no access to card details from online orders. if you order by phone any credit card information is securely destroyed once the order process is complete.

Do you have a privacy policy?

Yes we do. Harry Robson Magic does not disclose buyers’ information to third parties under any circumstances. Cookies are used on this shopping site, but only to keep track of the contents of your shopping cart once you have selected an item. When you order products, Harry Robson Magic will collect your name, address, contact details. We require this information so that we can process and dispatch your order as well as contact customers if there is a query with their order. We will not sell, distribute or lease your personal information to third parties unless we have your permission or are required by law.

Are prices subject to change?

Harry Robson Magic reserves the right to alter the prices on any item at any time without prior notice. This may be due to fluctuation in currency exchange rates or an increase in production costs. All pricing changes are made at the discretion of the company and once made, are final.
